A 10 year old should be in bed by 9.00 p.m. at the latest.
His/her growth into a healthy and strong individual depends - among other things - on a lot of sleep in his/her younger years.

no later than 9 p.m. on school nights, maybe 11 p.m. on week-ends. Kids need more sleep because their minds are still developing and they can retain more with more sleep.Plus it helps with your immune system and kids tend to get sick more than grown-ups.
