Ok someone once told me this and since trying I just love it and its not fattening and is a filling snack so always keep a pack in the larder...Soak one cup Natural porridge oats in skimmed milk for 10 mins give a good stir add demerara sugar to taste. Ready to eat. Oats keeps cholesterol down.

eat some crackers , or maybe a canned soup , everybody should have a couple of canned soups in the cabinet at all times!

if you can roll out in a car i suggest del taco or carls jr. some mikey d's stay open til 3

well damn where do you live if you live in california, than go to a 24 hour taco shop or fast food place or do what i did go to the 7-11 and get a Powerade and a FAT Sandwich OH YEA.........
