Ok someone once told me this and since trying I just love it and its not fattening and is a filling snack so always keep a pack in the larder...Soak one cup Natural porridge oats in skimmed milk for 10 mins give a good stir add demerara sugar to taste. Ready to eat. Oats keeps cholesterol down.

Try a 24-hour fast food place, like Carl's Jr. or something. (Just don't go to Taco Smell.)

If there were absolutely nothing in the house to eat, I'd go to the nearest store and buy something. :)
