No, it's just about right. The male penis grows an average of one inch a year for life, so you're right on schedule. I am 41, and my penis is exactly 41 inches long. I can't wait till I'm 90 - the chicks will LOVE me even more then.

Don't worry, it'll grow to normal size when you reach puberty. A lot of prepubescent children like you have small penises. Only get worried if it stays so small.
