It's because your system has adjusted to "Real" food and was poisoned by all the additives that are in most "fast" food.
The other people are immune to the poison. <--(additives)
This is not just my opinion but the opinion of many Doctors.
Why do you think the use of antacids and pills for stomach and intestinal problems has skyrocket in the past few years. The years starting and increasing at the same rate as "Fast" food consumption. Coincidence?
Same with the diet "industry" increasing right along with "Fast" food consumption. Another Coincidence?

You pretty much suffered from carb intorlerance. For two years, you kinda preffered to only eat fruits, veggies and meat. And maybe you didn't include breads and other food rich in carbohydrates in your diet for that long. Your body reacted immediately and that's what you felt. Pressure in chest and diarrhea are signs of intolerance. Pan cake, muffin, and hash browns (made from potatoes) are all carbs. There's nothing wrong with what you ate, it was just your body reacted differently to the food you ate. Observe yourself. Try to adjust your diet and include carbs little by little. (You don't have to stay away from it, you just have to add physical activity to burn it all out). If it happens again, consult a doctor to know the major cause of intolerance, if there's any.

Concerning food poisoning, most people think that the last thing they ate was the cause. This is almost never the case. Pathogens responsible for food poisoning typically take from 1 to 3 DAYS for their effects to cause you distress.
So, don't look at mcdonalds food, look at your kitchen counter top at home, where you prepared the chicken you had the night before. That is more likely the source.

Salt = bigger blood strain, Grease = middle assault. Shakes and snacks = obese and skills diabetes. Standing in line ready 7 mins is annoying and increases blood strain. Old french fry oil bordering on being rancid is not any well both. Walking into the rapid meals restrooms and discovering no cleaning soap is not any well. Eating off tables dirtier than the ground is looking for sickness.

if you havent ingested fast food in a logn time, then your reaction isnt that uncommon. your body over time will regulate itself, and adjust to your diet. if you deviate from that with anything that your body isnt accustomed to processing, then upset stomach and diarrhea are pretty common reactions. if you want to eat fast food of any kind, your gonna have to integrate it back into your diet very slowly. hash browns should be ok though, just try to work them in slowly with other food. but expect this reaction the first few times until your body adjusts. hope this helps ;)

Your body is not used to this type of food anymore. That is good that your body reacted that way. It is so healthy that it knew how bad that crap was and it wanted it out QUICK!

this is why we are told to stay away from these foods- they are not good for us as you have experienced. it's like putting dirty oil in a brand new car.
