Cardiff, South West coast of Great Britain.
At this moment in time, I am waiting for hot water to heat up and my daughter is watching Sponge Bob Square Pants, and I am anticipating the arrival of my family later, for dinner.
We are having roast beef (it was a mad cow and confused, thats why it went 'baa!' before the farmer shot it!), yorkshire puds, new potatoes, peas, cauli and broccoli. To beat my own drum, I make the best gravy I have ever tasted. Looking forward to it.
