Ritaaj7's answer is complete rubbish. It's just online translations, and they sound like "Here house cultural much and language many. Respect you enter hello"...
You will only earn laughter with that kind of translation. Try to get translations from people who really speak that language.
In french I'd say:
"Ceci est une maison multiculturelle et plurilingue. Entrez avec respect."
In german:
"Dies ist ein multikulturelles und mehrsprachiges Zuhause. Bitte treten sie mit Respekt ein."
Instead of 'Zuhause' you can use 'Heim' [home, but has also other connotatios] or 'Haus' [house].
"Home" is not easy to translate, as some languages don't have an exact translation for it. Many latin languages simply say 'house' (casa, maison) for that.
Online translation are a real plague. I don't know how people can believe that they are correct? It's 100% computer-rubbish. Every language has a different structure, and most words have several meanings. Machines are unable to see which meaning is the right one in the given context.
Good luck!

"This is multi-cultural and multi-lingual home one. Don't play play ok?"
in Singlish (a brand of localised English spoken by the locals here).

Literally it would be very difficult to translate so I took a few liberties in order to preserve the meaning:
Dutch translation: "Dit is een multi-cultureel huis waar verschillende talen worden gesproken. Wij vragen u om respect tijdens uw aanwezigheid."

Ritaaj7's answer contains some small errors.
This is the right translation in italian:
"Questa è una casa multiculturale e multilingue. Portate rispetto."
(I translated "give respect" and not "enter with respect" because it doesn't sound in italian, we never say that. You were asking for respect, right? This is the meaning I gave to the sentence. For any problem, contact me on yahoo. :-))

Mad's French answer is better than ritaaj's, who I suspect used an on-line translator. For German, I'd say something like:
Diese Heim ist multikulturel und mehrsprachige. I don't know how to say "enter with respect".
