i use hydrogen proxide too, same as the first person who answered. i guess she rinses with it, but after brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth, i pour hydrogen proxide on my toothbrush and gently brush again. it will start to foam in your mouth... let it sit for 5-8 mins then rinse. you'll notice a difference in a few days.

Crest premium plus whitening strips, about $30 twice a year, or Zoom whitening at the dentist office, about $200-$600 depending on specials.

You can do what I'm doing. I'm getting married in July!! At your dentist they have whitening that you can take home. You don't have to do it in the office. They take molds of your teeth and give you the bleach to put in the trays. Mine is called Opalescense. I believe that is how it is spelled. It was $50 for a month of bleaching. I noticed a different after 2 days.

Brushing (but you know that) and surprisingly, floss, floss and floss some more. My dentist has me flossing three times a day, which I thought was crazy but she's right-it works!
Flossing also doesn't wear away or damage the enamel on your teeth over time. Nor does it make them more sensitive or cause a host of other longterm problems which can build up from years of whitening or using whitening toothpastes.
I know it doesn't sound fast or glamourous, but it works and for bonus points it'll keep nasty gum disease away. :) Just don't get overzealous. Flossing gently is best.

Crest white strips. They are expensive but my dentist recommended them. your teeth get "stained" over time and this removes the stains that brushing can't get out. there are also other procedures that can be done at your local dentist's office. it would be best to consult your dentist before a final decision.

use baking soda on your toothbrush after you have brushed your teeth with toothpaste. Also try toothpaste that has whitening in it.
