Just needed to interject.Your body makes glucose from other macro nutrients by gluconeogenisis so the answer that says that you need to eat carbs is wrong.And muscle is made of protein and merely stores glucose in the form of glycogen.At your weight and height it would be insane to lose that much weight especially in that time.So my answer is no.It's highly unlikely that you could lose that much weight on any of these popular diets in that time frame.If you think you'd like to see more muscle tone then start regular exercise.

At 6 ft, you should weigh about 180-190lbs to be healthy. Losing that much would put your health at risk and make you look like skin and bones. Exercise would be the best thing to do.

atkins is not safe, you needs carbs, carbs keep your brain active and help with muscle tissue.
