do you mean natural dye-producing plants that have not been utilized? the answer is probably yes but artificial dyes are so much easier to use that only die-hards would chase after natural dyes.

we have something called here achiote...those are seeds of a fruit that are carmin red... truly beautiful, we use that to cook, but it can be used to dye too...
