yes, you do dream ya kinda go in and out...and also you can hear everything going on around you....

Not all the time, but im only in a coma 3 days a week.

May be a coma patient can answer you better. However, I do think they do; however, remembering it when waking up is another thing

i was in a coma (for 6 days). no dreams, no memory of it.
