A girl can have sex at any age but she can't become prego until she starts her period. But, it is completely unhealth until she fully understands what it is. If a girl is too small or hasn't devolped it could seriously screw her up. But, most girls start devolping around 13 and continue until they are 15, 16, 17. But, for the most part a girl could be there by 14 but probably isn't until atleast 16.

Any age. This one girl back in the early 1900s was fully developed at around 6 and had a BABY. Don't remember who they thought the father was.... I recommend waiting until the girl finds someone she loves and is mentally ready....and very preferably married XD

If your asking this question you must be to young. And that means you shouldn't be up and on the computer at this late of a hour. And do your parents know what your doing at this hour. If not you should show them what you wrote for a question and then hope they don't ground you for a year and at the very least Castrate you.
