Interfering happens when there is already ample help and capability to get a job done, and someone butts in to tell you you're doing it wrong.

Interfering is when you do or say something to someone when they didn't ask for it or didn't even know you were aware of their problem. Helping is when a party tells you of a situation and then asks for your advice or help. There is a difference and sometimes the only difference is that of opinion. You can never be sure unless you talked to the asking party yourself. Otherwise, stay out of it. Good question!!

Interfering is when it is nore of your buissness, and no one asked for your unput. Helping is when a friend, or some body you know needs advice, guidence or out of a bad thing. Then agian, use your judgment. If you want to help someone, becuase you know it is the right thing to do, than do it, and screw what other people say.

Interfering is when the person has not asked for your help or when you have disturbed them when they are in the midst of their own business. Helping is when you help the person in need. Sometimes, people have different views of when you help or interfere. It totally depends on the person's point of view.
