I'm an 18 yr old girl. I've only had one sex partner (who is my boyfriend) and everytime we have sex it's difficult for me to orgasm. Sometimes I don't.

Sometime when you're alone, let your fingers do the walking (or get a toy at an adult store)... Find out what gets you off... When you know, you can direct him to the sweet spot... Well, your b/f obviously isn't doing it for you. It may not be all his fault though. Try talking to him and telling him very frankly what it is you need. I know sometimes my girlfriend gets me so hot that I don't last long enough and she doesn't get what she needs. Talk to him and start getting what you need. If you don't you will be very dissapointed. Sex is a wonderful and beautiful thing if done right, but if you're not getting what you need, tell him. Sometimes the exploring into what you need can be the funnest part. You might find some pretty exciting things out about eachother. Have fun, and whatever you do, don't take yourself too seriously. That's when it becomes work.

the first time is always the hardest. once you know what you like, its a lot easier. have you ever masturbated before? a lotta girls have told me the best way to achieve an orgasm if youve never had one is to practice, practice, practice...theres nothing wrong with it. in fact, the more you know about your body, the easier itll be to get you there. if you know what you need to do to achieve it on your own, then you can bring your boyfriend in on it, and youll be able to guide him along until hes able to mimic what you do and then you wont have this problem anymore. itll work

I honestly believe an orgasm is all mental. Reality, no woman has an orgasm every time. To be satisfied by a man you must be able to satisfy yourself. GOOD LUCK.

Very few women actually have orgasms when having "plain" vaginal sex in the so called "missionary position". Try experimenting with masturbation, different positions, oral sex and a few toys and you will be fine!

To have an orgasm, both party must not only have the right tool but both tools must be albe to click, communicate, etc.
Eg. Bolt and Nut. You just can't fit any bolt into the right nut. It has to be the right bolt, too.

maybe , u lack foreplay. Your guy has to learn to be patient and must understand that sex is fulfilling only if both party achieve the peak of emotion encounter. Ask him to engage more on foreplay unless he has a short fuse and leaks too fast

its different for all girls, soem dotn have it soem do, and some can have it thru sex, or some can have it thru oral sex, but ya u gotta try different things, and i learned all thsi from Dr dro or dru. go to k roq.com and look under loveline, and call them after 10 and talk to the doctor hell tell u better
