I would like to know particulaly whether canadian people or american people are smarter. i would like facts please and website to back you up. links to graphs would also be fantastic

I think the smartest people are in Asia. As far as between the US and Canada? Canada. I mean look at who is president in the US. How can we in the US be smart when the President makes up his own words and can't even chew pretzels?

Since countries themselves have no intelligence, there is no smart country.
Statistically speaking, you will probably have the same percentages of IQ level in Canada as in the US. I suspect you are talking about knowledge smarts but that's a really pointless comparison because it doesn't prove anything. You could give a knowledge test to both groups and one side will do better than the other, on average, but you'll still have people on both sides who fail miserably. Give a different test and the results could flip. See?

Well essentially the most intellagent men and women are the nordic. Iceland, Norway, Sweeden, Germany, Denmark, England, and the Netherlands. Also a few men and women in Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Lativa, Lithunania.

I think we are equal to Canada. However, in looking at international college rankings, you will find that by far the best colleges are in the United States, so I would bet that we are better educated.
As far as I.Q. goes, we are surpassed by Asians and Ashkenazi (spelling?) Jews. We tend to be leaders because we are innovative, but it appears that we will face extremely strong competition from Asian countries such as China and India.

Canada probably. Americans are famous for not having a worldly view and don't know much out of their bubble of daily living.

It depends on what you call "smart"...for example, many east asian countries are ahead of both Canada and the U.S. in technology, etc.
