There are blue plums. Several varieties. (darn it beaten by ten seconds. hold on, i'll think of more)

Well, this is a little feeble, but how about "blue apples at noon"

The Moro is a blood orange that has purplish blue flesh.

The fruit pages list a blue grape.

Another YA yielded a blue fig.

A sloe isn't quite a plum, but it is blue to blue-black.

There is a bluish "blue fruit tomato", but tomatoes are actually berries, and berries aren't always considered fruits.

There are a number of blue fruit looking things on bushes in the south, but noone, not even animals eat them.

I found reference to a blue pomegranate. I have seen some with a little bit of blue on the skin.

Some passion fruit is blue. Cyanide is derived from the passion fruit plant, and cyan is a shade of blue.

Note: This question is bothering me because I used to have a blue dahlia, and had had a blue rose bush. The blue rose bush died years ago, and the blue dahlia disappeared a couple of years ago after I found out they didn't exist. The dahlia bloomed every other year, always starting at alternate winter solstices.

Although it's difficult to distinguish between actual blue fruit vs. purple colored fruit, they all have the several important nutrients as well as phytochemicals. HOWEVER, blueberries is what you're looking for.

yes BLUEBERRIES a unique flavored, small edible seeds fruit.

Blueberries can be eaten fresh or used for jelly, jam, pies, pastries, or juice.

Blueberry fruit is also low in calories and sodium, contains no cholesterol, and is a source of fiber. A major constituent of the fiber is pectin, known for its ability to lower blood cholesterol. Blueberries contain measurable quantities of ellagic acid, which has inhibiting effects on chemically induced cancer in laboratory studies. Blueberry juice also contains a compound that prevents bacteria from anchoring themselves to the bladder, thereby helping to prevent urinary tract infections.
