Specifically, does the vibration harm organs?

I think they're safe. The one I tried didn't vibrate enough to harm my organs. However, it felt really uncomfortable, like if I had tiny needles pinching me. It didn't help at all. I used it on my stomach. It didn't help at all, I didn't notice any changes.
Then during the past 4 months I started exercising. Doing stomach only takes me 10 minutes and I can do it while watching TV. Now my tummy looks SO much better, and it's absolutely free!

Years ago my friends and I rented one of those belt-things that are supposed to help you lose weight. (I forget what you call them and don't know if they even still make them.) We were all very small young women who weighed under 115. We may have overdone it, but we were all sick after using them. I don't recommend this type of thing. We all felt like we were going to die.... (If you're wondering why 100 or so lb people wanted to lose weight, it was because we were young and thought we were fat when we weren't...)
