Traditional Thanksgiving dinner w/ all the fixins and ending w/ pumpkin pie topped w/ lots of real whipped cream! Can't wait!

Pan seared NY strip steak... make sure you've cooked some high quality bacon and saved the grease to cook the beef in..... also serve with a wild mushroom fricassee..... cooked in the same pan while the beef is resting..... FANTASTIC
