You know, that is a very old saying and it was not made up by "white" people.
No cat causes bad luck. If you get bit or scratched by one, its only because they sense the type of person you are.

No, us white people didn't. It was an old legend that black cats were witch's partners. The reason for this is because when in the old days every time either a person thought someone was a witch or something weird happened a black cat always came around. Just a simple coincidence! Nothing white people did.
