Easter Island lies in the southern Pacific Ocean, approximately 2200 miles (3500 kilometers) off the coast of Chile and from the resort of Tahiti.

It's midway between Tahiti and Chile, due south of Salt Lake City and due east of Brisbane......although as this is in Jokes & Riddles, I'm not sure that this is the answer that you're after!
