Do you always get your period on the 4th week of taking birth control?

I've been taking Ortho Tri Cyclen for about 2 weeks and was just wondering what if i didn't get my period at the 4th week. Would that be a bad sign?

Not necessarily. Everyone reacts different to birth control.

Are you using a back-up form of birth control, like it says in the pamphlet to do until you have been on the pill for one full cycle? Your period should start sometime in the week that you are taking the inactive pills.
