After having lived in China as an English teacher, I've experienced some of the wackiest names ever. The students often got to choose their own.
There were people such as, River, or Milk.
Kreendow, Shockley, Winter, Spring, Chocolate, Apple, Kit, Fanny, Green, Romeo, Cosmo, Sky, Moon.
There were tons of others too.

I saw a name on a list at my daughter's school that I swear was Obesea or Obesia. I just hope she was a thin girl, or she would have been teased a lot.
