Well I'm sure you know the a missed period is the first sign, But she can also have signs as going to the bathroom alot(peeing) sour breast, and enlarged breast, tired in the middle of the day, an of course,,,,eating more than usual. naseau,fainting type spells(hot after taking a shower,almost pass out),tender breasts,no period for at least 2 or more weeks past due date of last period,I would say,not sure about this one...varies for different reasons on this one,funny feelings in tummy,like darting somewhat sharp pains in tummy,but not real hard pains,fatigued easily.,hungrier than normal.I forgot one,smells that linger in the air that never bothered you before,like car exhaust,paint,coffee,bbq(did me anyway)..they turned my stomache.And I love coffee!

Tiredness, vomiting, missed period, peeing a lot. I had a weird pain in my belly button, and a little bleeding.
