Tell her this is nonnegotiable. No strap-on anal stuff, period. If she can't respect that, then no sex.
I don't think this has as much to do with being the man as it does with power and control. You two need to find common ground and mutual respect. Without honesty and respect, there's no relationship. Talk it out.
