Of course it is wrong! It is very, very wrong! It raises all kinds of concerns about your mental health and your social behaviour! However, simply remove your pants and there won't be a problem.

Depends on what's for dinner.
Ok, ok, seriously- if my boyfriend had his hand down his pants during dinner the only time I would mind is if we were having dinner with my parents or something, otherwise I wouldn't give a care so long as he didn't use that hand to touch anything on the table and was just "resting" it down his pants, no fondling himself of any kind!

It's probably kinda weird. Especially if you need 2 hands for eating. But I guess there is nothing wrong with fondling yourself while eating. In fact, why not drop your pants altogether when eating??
How come your girlfriend doesn't have her hand down your pants? And how come you don't have your hand down your girlfriend's pants? Both of those options sound a bit better and more interesting.
But, hey, do whatever you want.

well, when you feel like you want to put your hand down your pants, just reach over to your girlfriend and hug her or touch her leg or kiss her, do anything to keep your hands and mind off putting your hands somewhere! Instead of touching yourself, touch your girlfriend to show her that your not doing anything, but having a good time with Her!
you probably need to ask yourself why you do what you do?
and you'll find a better solution than asking people you don't know!

If you're offending someone you love, or making them uncomfortable, yes it is wrong. If it's a dinner with random people you'll never see again, it doesn't reflect that you're affecting people you care about, so no, it's not wrong. It depends on the setting; wrong if it negatively impacts people you profess to care about, fine if it doesn't. (Well, I don't know about fine- I think it shows a serious lack of restraint, but you get the point).

Yes it is wrong shouldnt you be using your hands to eat your food. No one would want anything flying out of your pants and landing near their dinner.

Are you sitting on a chair at a table or slobbing it in front of the TV. Are you eating off a plate or directly from a take away container. Do you live in a house or at the zoo.
Do you eat while you are masturbating or just msturbate while you are eating.
