i,honestly don't know if there's a biblical cure for constipation but we both have the same situation the only thing is im worst than yours coz i experienced a lot scary in my case i haven't gone for almost two weeks

I would imagine eating figs would help. I believe they are mentioned in the bible, but not as a cure` for constipation.
You might try a good size glass of prune juice also. Castor oil, though cruel in taste, is also a quick cure for some.

Flax seed without thumbing through the bible comes to mind also water and apples.With that eat two large crisp apples before breakfast and two 16 oz glasses of cold water after finishing the apples.
that is a fallacy that you need to have a bowel movement everyday.

It probably involves death and a plague on many generations of your descendents. Live in the real world Don and exercise, drink fluids, eat fiber, and if it starts to get painful; then go see a board certified MD, not a faith healing witch doctor (or priest, same thing).

Drink 6 Tablespoons of Olive oil, extra virgin.
In a short time you won't be full of Sh*t any more. You will be getting some exercise too, running to the bathroom.

Actually - I saw the history of breakfast cereals - guess what they were started by a man that read the bible - made up what he read and - bam - cereal! fiber.

olive oil. Try 1/2 talbespoon to swallow, first. and drink plenty of water. Go for a walk, exercise helps. Eat cheerios, that always makes me go.
