What should i look for when getting a web cam?

This is what I have and it is a FANTASTIC web cam. I bought it at overstock.com for like $50. It is called the Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks. This is a site that has it, so you can see it:

iSight ... oops, that's for a MAC. My bad.
Still, it grabs at a higher frame rate than any other camera I've seen out there
and it works well with the MAC teleconferencing stuff.

best webcam for that budget would be those with
1.3Mpix resolution and mic.
brandnames only comes second to specs.
