The grocery store will have some other brand of whipped topping in the frozen section.
For the frozen berry juice concentrate, sounds like frozen limeade or frozen lemonade concentrate would be really good with the strawberries.
Good luck! - Stuart

I'm not sure about the berry juice, but since there are already strawberries in the recipe i'm sure it will taste great with or without it.As for the Cool Whip, just go to a local grosert store and ask a worker to take you to some whipped cream.

I'd make some berry concentrate. Berries in the blender, reduce in a sauce pan over low heat. Add some strawberry extract to boost the flavor if you have that. How about using real whipped cream?

For the berry juice, you could take real berries and blend them in your food processor or blender and strain them through a sieve. For the whipped topping, you can buy heavy whipping cream and whip in a mixer. Add about a tablespoon of confectioner's sugar to two cups of cream, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract if you have (not needed, but adds flavor).

Homemade coolwhip:
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon gelatin
2 teaspoons cold water
3 tablespoons boiling water
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Chill a small mixing bowl. Soften gelatin with 2 teaspoons cold water, then add boiling water, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool until tepid. Place ice water and nonfat dry milk in the chilled bowl. Beat at high speed until mixture forms stiff peaks. Add sugar, still beating, then oil and gelatin. Place in freezer about 15 minutes then transfer to refrigerator until ready for use. Stir before using to retain creamy texture.
This recipe for Homemade Cool Whip serves/makes 2 cups
Instead of frozen juice substitute with bottled juice

Get Dream Whip (the powdered kind) or whip some heavy cream. Crush some berries into apple juice concentrate, or just use plain apple juice concentrate. Sounds yummy.

Well, I just deleted my advice. It sounds like you have an attitude.
But here is a suggestion. Be creative. Cooking is supposed to be fun. Don't get all bent out of shape. People are curious if you cannot by something like juice concentrate. Maybe you are not looking in the correct area of the market?

instead of frozen berry juice, use sugar (mix sugar with water and make it about the same sweetness as concentrated juice is). for the cool whip use whipping cream, sweeten with sugar

This might come as a shock to you, but you don't have to go to PHILADELPHIA, to get PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. Just about every grocery store carries it across the US.
