Hello. One of my kitty's pad seems.. used.. Like.. uh.. like an old something. I thought it was normal because they use their back paws to dig, but I just noticed one of his "toes" is blackish. Is this normal? Should I take him to the vet?

He is 3 mo. old, if it helps.

He doesnt seem to act weird or anything. I've had him for three days so I dunno how long he's had that.

I need to take him to the vet for a shot in six days, so I guess I'll ask him then.

This will give me some time to obvserve if it troubles or hurts him.

Is it just the coloration or infection? My cat has lupus and his pads turn black and infected. He is on antibiotics for this now. You probably need to get his shots and wormed so take him to the vet and ask.

You may want to take him to a vet just to be sure.

IT'S PROBALY JUST A SKIN PIGMENTATION, MY CAT HAS FRECKLES ALL OVER HIS LIPS SO THEY CAN HAVE WIERD STUFF LIKE THAT, AS LONG AS HE'S NOT IN PAIN I'D JUST ASK THE VET ABOUT IT.
