Put flyers up and offer a reward.
My friend had flyers up for 10 days, she changed them to offer a reward and got her dog back within the hour!!! She asked the guy if he was going to keep her dog if there hadn't been a reward, and he shrugged it off like it was no big deal!! Can you believe that???
Go to local shelters everyday. Ask an attendant to check the sick animal ward and Quarantine. Bring a few copies of a good picture with you. There are lost and found books to put your information in and bulletin boards you can post on.
Good Luck and I hope you find her.
EDIT
A chip will do her no good if someone stole her, or knows she is yours (or isn't trying to find her owners) and isn't gonna give her back. They can tell the vet people (when they scan the chip) that you gave him the dog and call the microchip company and have the info changed to his. I worked at a vet clinic and had this happen.

You can hire a pet detective in some cities - people who know animal's habits or have a tracking dog who can find their scent, as long as it ran away recently.
Make sure to put up posters around town and at your local pet stores, veterinarians, and groomers - anywhere your dog may be taken if someone found her and kept her. Check with the local pound periodically in case she ends up there.
Good luck!

Put up posters with a quick description and a phone number, maybe a picture and put them up.
Call your local humane society and ask if they get any dogs in that fit your dogs description that they keep it and call you.
Also, inform your local vets. Some people may find her and bring her in as their own dog for shots or something.

Does she have a chip, because I know if they ever take your dog to the vet and she is scanned they will be arrested and you will get your dog back.
