This guy I haven't seen for like 4 months, I really like him. (I'm best friends with his sister (younger than him, but he's the same age as me.) and he always flirted with me and asked ?'s like "Who do you think is hotter me, or Chris, Billy, etc. And he always said "O, you should sleepover, and wanna play volleyball, etc. But he now moved in with his Mom (I'm 14, that's y), and April (his sis) is with the Dad and when we hang out I never see him. So, I just saw him like a week ago again, and he kept staring at me and flirted a little bit. Does he still like me, do guys change there mind about a girl, and how do I get him to ask me out?

Let his sister know that you have a crush on her brother and see what she says. If it is okay with her, email him and communicate like that. That way you will know when he is coming to visit. Invite both of them over to your family cookouts or dinner. Ask your parents if it is okay. I am not too sure how he feels about hanging out with baby sis though. Don't allow this to come between your friendship with her. Let her know when the two of you have something planned and ask him first if it is okay for her to join.
Don't be thinking about sex and other naughty stuff like that. Save yourself until you are more mature and can handle what is going on. Although you think you are mature, you are not. Take it from us old heads. We have been there and done that. At your age, I thought none was wiser. Looking back it is so funny. I lost my virginity at 14. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited.

First of all you can't make him ask you out. Second, how old is he???? Third, it sounds like he is interested in you. But, if you wait around for him to ask you out....................you might be waiting A LONG time. First you need to tell your friend how you feel about her brother and make sure that she is okay with it, if she is....great!!!!!!! If not, keep flirting there is no harm in that, but don't go any farther than that. Boyfriends come and go. Friends stick around. Know what I mean??? If not, you will.
If she doesn't have a problem with it then ask her brother to hang out.

hunn, ur so young and u have so much time later in life to worry about guys, have fun with ur girls and forget about guys, u'll thank me later...they're not worth the trouble rite now :), and some guys are just really big flirts so u think they like u but they act that way with every girl they know... have fun, just dont let ur heart get broken sweetie :)
