You'll know when you get older. You only 12th year old, too early for relationship. Why don't you just try to stay as best friend first. You can give her a gift and write her a love poem. That way, you won't scare her away... remember she's just 12th... some girl still shy about kissing dear.

If it is a comfortable situation then just go for it. Don't do it infront of a lot of people or your guys' friends. Make it a little private. But, if she doesn't kiss you back, don't just stand there. Maybe apologize just a little and tell her the truth, all of it. Good luck!

Just make it a fun game, say this: "If you were to kiss me, I bet it would be fantastic for both of us".
She will take the bait and kiss you.
