My injuries required two surgeries in which they removed torn cartilage and had to replace my acl. Can I sue the company for negligence?

My injury required two surgeries. One to remove torn cartilage and one to replace the torn acl. I did tell my supervisor that is was too strenuous and he told me to do the best I could. I do have co-workers that can attest to this.

If you are working for a company..go out on compensation. Fill out an accident report. You can sue the company for pain and suffering. Get a lawyer!

Did you protest at all when you were told to perform a two person job by yourself? Did you make sure your supervisor was aware that it was a two person job? Did a supervisor tell you to do the job by yourself? These are all questions a lawyer will probably ask you. If the answers are all "yes", find a lawyer. You may be coming into some money.

Probably not because you did the job, if you had raised a safety question and been forced to do it then maybe.
