I agree with the people on here that say God is god and who are we to want to change that. However, I am human so here would be some of my requests:
To see him in physical form (not in the sunsets, etc.)- but then I might go blind.
to actually hear his voice - but then I might go deaf or schizophrenic
To actually feel him - not like that gut feeling that can really be indigestion sometimes.
to have a real conversation and ask why? - but would I really want to know the answers?

No. God isn't the God I would have thought of and thank God He isn't. In my ignorance, I would have had God be more like Santa Claus than the all knowing, all powerful, everywhere present person He is. That way I could ask for my wishes to come true and pretty much ignore Him the rest of the time.
The way He is, I have to think about the consequences of my actions, expressions, and even thoughts. As a result, I have grown, matured, become a much better person than where I was headed. Left to my own will, I would have self destructed by now and either wound up in prison or dead by violence or drug abuse.

Him?the God of the Christian bible alwas refers to its self in the plural . and by your picture of a male and female side by side you may also think that God could be female.
If we are made in its image the physical evidence would be that we have different ratios of male and female hormones in our physical bodies that show that we chose to be male or female at some point in the gesation period.
we have gone thru matrical socities where the Creator was female and Patrical socities were the Creator is male.
The Creator is All and Everything. And that won't change

I could not possibly even think of wanting God different!
That's kind of how our society has gone to pot! People want to mold God into how they need or want him to fit their lives.
God is!

It does not matter what I want. Every definition I have been given of God falls apart when put against reason. I guess I would make him more real.

If there is an all powerful good god. ( I really don't think so.) I would want him to personally come down from heaven to every single person and say "Hey, I'm here for you." and then pat them on the shoulder.

I don't know!
But what I do know is:
If He wanted to, He could kick me into the Stone Age.
He accepted me the way I am, and He promised to take care of me.
I love Him for that. So what's to change?
