I personally wouldn't hire someone with an on line MBA... and I know many other managers who feel the same way. Why? Simply credibility... those on line universities give degrees to those willing to pay for them. Get a real MBA from a STATE-accredited university, and get real classes from qualified and academically acclaimed professors.
