My mothers health is growing worse by the minute please can anyone advice me on this problem.
My mum is in pain but i am hurting in side just by thinking that nothing can be done the doctors here have said nothing can be done

(there are no good doctors here there have been cases that could have been solved but cause the doctors here are careless and botherless they were not solved)

Please please help .....!!! :(

how can they say they have no cure for something they don't have a name for the malady. She needs to be seen by specialists who will do more tests and come with a conclusive diagnosis. by the way you describe it she has some degenerative diseases of the spinal column. which can be very painful but controlled with medication to stablize the glucosamine
soft tissues or have radical surgery to relieve the pressure with spinal fusion or laminectomy. If the spinal cord is involved it's understandable they don't want to do surgery as it might cause
paralysis or even brain damage . Could be spina bifida or bulging of the spinal cord not a growth but a malformation. but in either case there's a name for it and palliative medications to avoid further deterioration and control the pain. She should see a neurologist or neurosurgeon. If it's spinal tumor or cancer she needs surgery, chemo and radiation therapy. But i strongly urge you to take her to specialist who will diagnose her properly. Medicine is more advanced here than Fiji with big universities and research centers. TAke her to a hospital with a school of medicine affiliated with them; they have the resources for proper tx. like Stanford or Mayo Clinic.

I'm really sorry to say but I don't think you are going to get the advice that you need on this site. Your mom's case sounds complex and no one is going to be able to diagnose her without examining her and getting xrays, CTscan, MRI.
Do you have family/friends in the States that she could stay with while she gets a thorough workup? That is the only thing that I can suggest.
I'm sorry but no one is going to be able to tell you what is wrong just by going what you have written.
