This lump started out like a boil. went to the Dr. and he took a staff culture. Not staff, now it looks like a cyst and it hurts like crazy. I am on antibiotic and cream for the nose I am trying to get into a skin Dr. Does skin ca have pain? from the lump and it hurts under my eye as well. I hope this is not skin cancer. I am a stage 2 diabetic that is part of the reason why this thing won't heal

your doctor was able to obtain a culture due to drainage, i suspect if he thought there was any chance it was ca he would have sent a skin sample or biopsy to test for ca. take the antibiotic until they're all gone keep your appt. with the dermatologist
