Can someone please tell me what language this is?

And if possible, a website where i can translate it to english (i already tried google, none of the languages worked). Here's an excerpt:

Its absolutely Turkish because its my mother-language.
The text is telling about the city "Malatya" and the history of its name..
The exact translation is:
"Malatya is one of the anatolian cities which its name and formation hasnt been greatly changed since the beginning. Its been told as "Melita" in Kültepe records and "Maldia" in Hittities records. And its been told as "Meliddu, Melide, Melid, Milid, Milidia" in Assyrian empire records.."

The language is Turkish.

I do not know Turkish, but I recognize some of the words (I know Greek and I worked in the Mediterranean years ago).

I found an online translator for Turkish, but it did a lousy job of translating. Here is what it came up with:

Remember that Turkish is highly inflected, which means that its grammar is more complex than English as far as how individual words are constructed. This is why you are having a hard time finding a good computer translation. Computers suck at Russian for the same reason.
