I am pregnant with third child and look about 3 mo. pregnant. My two other chidren are girls, and this one is a boy. Is this normal to look smaller with being pregnant with a boy?

Most certainly. I've had four boys, all between 7lbs and 8lbs, and I never looked like I was pregnant with any of them. I also have a daughter who was a little over 6lbs and I looked huge with her. Boys like to sit in your back and girls up front. Why? Who the heck knows. It makes it hard though when you tell people you're pregnant and they don't believe you. I had one lady once when I was 7 months with my first one, ask my mom if I'd had a miscarriage and was in denial about it. Go figure.
Congratulations on your baby. Hope you're both healthy.

I hate you! LMAO! (Just kidding!)

Some people start gaining weight and show almost right off the bat. I had gained enough weight by the time I was 5 months pregnant with my son that total strangers thought I was going to deliver in a week or two.

Some people don't gain as much weight. In all seriousness, I read a book by Priscilla Presley and have seen pictures of when she was pregnant with her daughter, Lisa Marie. She gained all of 9 pounds throughout the whole pregnancy. 9 freakin' pounds! Now, that's an extreme example, but it *does* happen.

I started showing at about 4 months with my first. (my smallest)
with my second baby i was 26 weeks preg and in a size 6 jeans. I didnt start to show till i was almost 7 months and then everything just "poped" out there!(he was a bit bigger than #1)
but with my 3rd i looked 8 months preg with twins when i was only 3 monthts preg. (he was only 6lbs when he was born)
they are all differnt

Before I had Nathan (my son) I was 130lbs. I was 5 months & I wasnt showing but I was 152lbs. By the end of my pregnancy I was 176lbs. My belly didnt get bigger until I was in my 7th month & I looked like I was having twins. At least thats what people asked me!
Congrats times 3!

When you are pregnant you can not tell if you are having a boy or a girl by your size or how you are carrying it. Even though you were bigger with your first two pregnancys every pregnancy is different.

Doesn't make difference..Each pregnancy is different. Just may be a small baby..AND besides you are only 6 months pregnant. The baby doesn't actually begin to grow until towards the end.

Any concerns should be addressed with your OB-GYN..That's why we have them, and that's what they are paid for!

I was smaller with my second (a boy), even smaller with my third (a girl) and even smaller with my fourth (another boy). So, I doubt the sex is a factor but it's normal.
