I don't understand why ciscity gets to make the choice that I have to smoke along with smokers. why don't they have to walk 25 feet or more so they can smoke at their own risk. not mine.

B6, B12, and possibly others. Vitamin depletion from secondhand smoke, however, is miniscule.

It affects several things. Why do you think smokers have a "gray" appearance to them and look older than their age at a faster rate than non-smokers?
Pretty much there is NOTHING good about smoking or being around someone who smokes.
And it does affect our vitamins too, despite what others might think.

smokers lose vitamin c, e, iron, b12 and k. take a multivitamin, drink plenty of water and stay away from the smokers.

I would make sure to take Vita B's, C's & E's. Use take a muti to cover all bases. There are so many chemicals in cigs that it is hard to be accurate with the suggestion.

just as you have teh right not to smoke we have the right to smoke ..why cant YOU walk 25 feet and not smoke ?

i'm a smoker and i respect other people who do not.....it's my choice and I do not want to smoke around others who do not....smokers should respect others who do not smoke..it's only fair

vit c...it helps reduce the effects that nictione has on the lungs..

and we do have to be 25 ft away from all doors,cant smoke in public places, restraunts...

i dont like second hand smoke so i always get firsthand smoke its way better

you should tell them
and i'm not sure you can be vitamin depleted through your lungs. most (all, i think) are water/fat soluble
