My boyfriend has recently been diagnosed with brain cancer. He's already had it surgically removed, but they were only able to get part of it out because of fear of killing him. He's now on chemo and radiation treatment and we all have high hopes he will make a full recovery. His cancer has been very aggressive and fast and I was just wondering if anyone has any survivor stories that could give him hope as he's been feeling a little down lately. Thank you in advance for replies.

HELLO!!! I want you to look at this site I just found out about today by listening to Paul Harvey. It is.....
http://news.sawf.org/Health/17018.aspx
This is about a dramatic degree of affectiveness for people with brain tumors!!! With a synthetic version of protein used from a yellow Israilian scorpian that targets brain tumor cancer cells PACIFICALLY!!! It doesn't bother your healthy cells. If you go to this site you will find that they have just found it!!! You can also go to www.paulharvey.com and click his show that was announced on Saturday at noon (8-5-06 date not on it though). At around 6 minutes and 44 seconds he will start talking about this scorpion!!!
I had a brain stem glioma when I was 13 and had it till I was 17. They gave me 10 years in Dallas, Texas but by the grace of God he healed me and I am now 29 years old. Cancer treatments are not fun and there is not a lot of stuff that the doctors will not tell you about unless you ask them. I took a chemo therapy called "vancristine" and I lost over 75 percent of my hearing. Just remember to tell your boyfriend to laugh over things that may be funny and to take each day as if there is no tomorrow. Tell him to live now!!! The doctors thought I wasn't going to live. My whole family was there for me whenever I need them. My older bother came down to see me when he could (he was going to college at the time) and one time he heard my pumps go off. He backed up into the corner like he was under fire hollering for a nurse on that microphone thing. Then one time my Dad had picked up the microphone and instead of asking for a nurse he asked for a nut!!! PLEASE look up this site I gave you. It is brand new and it seems to be very effective. I still have a lot of problems and side effects from all the junk they put in me!!! About 9 years ago I was doing fine and I had a stroke. I have problems when I am put on the spot I panic. I have to go straight to the bathroom and sometimes without warning I go on myself. I know..., haha. I weighed about a 140 pounds before I went in and In a month I gained well over 200 pounds from the steriods they maid me take. So I still have all those stretch marks. I lost several friends down there too. One of them, Pricilla had a tumor like mine and she eventually died from the steriods that feed her tumor. She was just so sick all the time and it scared her mom so her mom keep giving them too her.
Well to make a long story short..., life does go on. There will be a lot of bad but you will always remember the funny things through the bad times. I am living proof that there is a God and he does things he thinks will be the best! They thought I would never live this long but we both proved him wrong. God says he will heal you if you believe him. DO YOU BELIEVE HIM??? I realized that I had to believe and when I did he healed me!!!
May God bless you during this aweful time and please remember you will be in my prayers.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE SITE I GAVE YOU GUYS AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. If you would look it up he may not have to go through chemo therapy! Wouldn't that be so great.
Don't loose hope. You have to learn to live to continue on with life. Don't hold things inside! Talk to someone in whom you know will listen and trust. They will help you throught the bad times! You will find bad times and you will find good times. I am not going to bs you. Just never forget to take one day at a time. Believe in God and that he will heal you. Remember when the bad starts to take over to remember the things that have been funny.
You have to dance like nobodys watching.
Best of luck to you!!!
Always
Christian Ann

hate to tell you this . if the cancer was aggressive i mean growing and spreading rapidly surgery always adds to the metastasis. The chemo and radiation therapy will buy him more time but eventually they succumb. very few brain cancer survivors. Suggest he should join a support group in his age
bracket. by you being there is a great comfort i'm sure. take care my heart goes out to you

thanks for answering my question. I know how scary it must be for you and your boyfriend. I did know a woman who was sharing a hospital room with my grandmother a few years back that had a brain tumor and she was cured. I don't want to really get your hopes up too much because you never know what can happen, but my thoughts are with you. If you need someone to talk to about it feel free to contact me. I was wondering how old your boyfriend is.. if you can add that in some details. thanks :)

There are multiple kinds of disorders that deal with anxiety. Although most can manifest in similar ways, these disorders generally occur due to different events in your life. Natural home remedies for anxiety https://tr.im/xJr9h
Generalized anxiety disorder includes persistent and unnecessary worries about everyday, common events or activities, which can disrupt concentration and lead to other issues, such as depression.
