When I was visiting LA, I noticed this guy all over Mexican radio station advertisements. Who is this guy and what is he all about?

He is a radio personality who does a lot of good things for poor people and for cities that suffer from natural disasters. He says good jokes, but some of these jokes use a lot of bad language for the airwaves.

Don't know about the commercials but "El Cucuy" is a ghost or "boogie man"
