Dude, I've been in this situation a LOT of times... And there's only one thing you CAN do... Its worked every time for me... You see... You gotta know how to handle girls... Its all like a game with them... Play your cards right, that's what you gotta do... In this case, try and do something most people wouldn't do... Something she'll find refreshingly original... Tell her...
Tell her that you've been dying to kiss her... And that you don't know how to! TRUST ME! She'll give you a big "Awwww" and a "That's so cute…" and if she really like you... I MEAN THIS... Only if she really likes you, and only if she really wants to kiss you... Then she'll do it for you... She'll plant one on ya!
If she doesn’t like you… Or if you’re just not sure… Well…
You have two options…
Wait a while to be sure, and then do it with no questions asked…
Or do it without being sure but be aware that there’s a biggie that we wont like it and that you’ll have put her in a very uncomfy situation… Which might lead her to walk away, speechless… That’s gonna complicate things… But give it a shot, man… Go for it!

if you think that there is something going on between the two of you, just kiss her, dont ask. If the relationship is too fresh or you just know the girl, indirectly announce her that you want to kiss her. I mean, start to get closer, touch her hand, her leg, start to get near her, and if you do it correctly the kiss will come alone. Hope this advice is useful, good luck

You'll know when the right moment comes....
You could ease into things by giving her a thank-you-for-a-wonderful-date kiss onthe cheek or even on the hand ... or give her a great big niced long hug and kiss the top of her forehead.... based on her reaction you'll sense whether to let that be the end or to receive her kiss to you as well.....

there are occasions when you should ask but most of the time just give the kiss away - just do it.

if the girl is in to you you don't have to ask
but if you'r not sure the best way to ask is by just comming straight out wiith it.
