I can make it for you is not usually in stores because your space is not an standar planning so you invest a little money around 150 us for a good planning and you can use all your space totally if you are interested let me know ok? bye.

Home Depot, Lowe's, WalMart all have books of floor plans. You can pick the plan that fits your needs, then order the plan, or copy it onto a piece of paper while you are looking at it in the store. Good Luck
