I'd go with Denny's. They're all equally nasty and fattening, but I usually get the best service there. lol!

Dennys usaully takes to long. Steak N Shake is nice cuz it can be used as a late night food, while IHOP majores in Breakfast.

Best late night food, whatever it is, is what you make at home. No driving and home safe. If you are with someone what counts is company and conversation and you made it yourself. Not service or waiting in line. Nothing beats it.

i used to work for denny's, and i advise people to only eat stuff that comes out of the fryers, if you could see the kitchen, you would most likely take you buisness else where

denny's even though it's alot of grease and fat. Who cares,when you have a late night craving, it's never gonna be healthy!!
