Ok so the girl I like and she likes me(i think) she is at Cape Cod on vacation with her sisters...she calls me and tells me that they are at a party and they are dancing and then her sister says..."oh she's dancing with someone"....should I take it as ajoke, flirt or what??? (it sounded kinda fake and flirty - i didn't really believe they are at a disco)

It sounds like it was just girls (young girls) out goofing off and having fun. Don't pay much attention to that.
Also, if she does happen to Dance with someone while she is there, it is only a Dance, which is fun and temporary, not "cheating."
The main thing that should be on your mind is that she should have a good time and come home safely.

if you aren't even sure whether she likes you, there's no reason why she shouldn't be dancing with someone else. but it also sounds like something a girl would say just kind of kidding/flirty. and everyone kind of dances with everyone at clubs anyway, so that doesn't really mean much, even if she was serious.
If you want to be with her, though, you should probably find out if she actually does like you or ask her out or something. I hope this turns out well for you!
