Make a list of traits you absolutely cannot live without in a mate (don't think of him when you do this, think of what you really really need).

Then make a list of absolute deal-breakers, things you cannot live with, no matter how many things match on your must-have list.

Now compare your boyfriend to these lists. If he meets all of your absolute must-haves, and has none of the deal-breakers, then he is a good possibility. Then it's just a matter of chemistry.

If he doesn't meet ALL of your must-haves, or he has one or more of the deal-breakers, move on. You can't change him, and you'll end up very sorry later.

If you have to ask the question, "How do I know if he is the right one for me?" then you need to slow things down a bit and do some self exploration into why you maybe have feelings of doubts
