I ned the best way to lose as much weight as i can in 10 days! help people please..okay i know i need to go to the gym, eat right, and drink water..but more info please. :)

(10 days referring to 10 days til school starts)

I think my face's been getting kinda bigger over the summer, and i dont want to go back to school with people thinking ive gained weight or anything

I don't think that you would need to loose weight. There are plenty of women out there that are shorter and have more weight than you do. I'd say if you are healthy and look good then loosing weight should be your last goal.

However, to answer your question: Make sure you get plenty of sleep. At least 8 hours a day. If you do not, then you do not have enough energy to get through the day and sometimes when that happens people eat to stay awake. If this happens then it can stunt their weight loss goal.

Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.

* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.

* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.

* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

well 105 pounds sounds good for 5'2..I dont think you need to lose 10 lbs but if u insist, then exercise 30 min daily (cardio, aerobic, walking, etc) and eat more fruit and vegetables.

its no longer healthful in any respect and that i think so undesirable for u yet i lost like 5 pounds interior the 1st week with the aid of one million. eating heatlhy count quantity ur energy i dont consume extra then 1000 in a say ppl will say thats no longer healthful yet idc it works and circulate working or strolling a minimum of an hour an afternoon and losts of water the burden will come nicely suited off its no longer situation-free even though it worked for me i lost 10 pounds in decrease than 3 weekks

i really dont see why you need to lose weight.. i am 15, 5'0 and like 125

eliminate soda
exercise daily
if watching tv, jog in place or something
eat 6 small meals to keep metabolism going

you dont need to loose weight... 5'2 115 pound, you are perfect. Just like you said exercise and keep your body toned.

well from your height/weight it doesnt sound like you need to lose a pound.

But if you do want to lose weight, you've already anwsered your question with eating right/water/gym.
