I was on my profile and then 2 of my cousins walked in on me and one of them pulled me away while teh other clicked on my pictures and checked them out.. I was really mad and well basically, my question is, "Should I forgive them for looking at my pictures without my permission?" I want to, but its really hard and I'm a very unreasonable person.. But this time, I have a reason for being mad at them and I have the right to. I just want to forget all about what happened but I can't.. Are there any reasons why I shouldn't be mad at them?

yeah. haven't you ever heard of public domain? if the picture link was in plain sight, well.. it's fair game. you could have clicked out of your profile before you got up from the computer.

Yeah, if you've posted this stuff on the internet, where anybody in the WORLD can look at it, why would it bother you that your cousins (who you know) looked at it. Unless, of course, you've posted something on your profile that probably shouldn't be on there, like a suggestive photo or something.....in which case

IT SHOULDN'T BE ONLINE!!!

Only post stuff online that you want everyone in the world (including your parents) to see. Don't think they can't find out what you're up to, parents are very, very good at this. Especially if your cousins tell their parents, who then call your parents.

Only forgive them if they apologize. Demand an apology from them and never use the computer or anything else private while they are around. Explain to them that you are mad with them and explain why you are mad. Then demand they apologize to you because without it you wont and cant forgive their actions.

forgiveness is a given, reconciliation may not be. i have found that any hatred or ugliness in my own heart not only gives others power over me, but makes me miserable. put a lock on your door, don't post or have pictures you may not want seen on any web site, and tell someone in charge what they have done. cruelty on anothers part is not to be answered with cruelty by you.

They did something you didn't want them to do,and you were helpless to stop them. This is how a girl feels when she gets raped. You should be mad as hell!

You need to pull a nasty prank on these fools. How else will they learn to leave you alone? Its best to torture them slowly with threats then make them sweat it out wondering what you will do to them.

If your pictures are online, then there's nothing to be mad at.

You are only hurting yourself by being mad. So it's not really worth it - they were wrong but aren't we all sometimes.

no you have the right to be upset but why not explain to them that they did not yur permission to do that and that your computer is yours and that they should ask you first before they touch anything on it especially if its private and none of their concern
