Normally I would say don't have the bagel since its right before bed & bagels have lots of carbs, but since your skinny why not? You can try putting jelly, peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, or anything else that sounds good to you on it. Eat the bagel :)

Eat the bagel but make sure you digest the bagel before going to bed or if you bout to do the intercourse thing don't eat it because it'll come backout and you don't know where.
And if i eat i'll eat it with the strawberry cream cheese mmmm. yummy now you making me hungry

a bagel has lots of carbs, that are complex- a good choice late nite- add some cold milk, and that should hold you over nicely.
