Mexican Coriander (Culentro, Shadow Benny)
Availability: May - July
A weed in some tropical areas, this fleshy herb has exactly the same flavour as true cilantro, but holds it much better when dried. Looks almost like a small Christmas cactus. Pinch off any flower heads to maximize leaf growth.

I would think you could find this in any grocery store. If not, you can maybe get cilantro, since they are basically the same.
